Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • Have a valid Social Security Number
  • Must be at 18 years old
  • Have a valid email
  • Registered with Selective Service System or have qualifying exemption, if you are male and born after Dec 31, 1959.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle, unless public transportation is readily available.
  • Pass a criminal background check and review of criminal records. 

Volunteer

Getting a full Census count is important and every bit helps.  Wherever you are located, there is likely an organization that could use your assistance.  Reach out to a local organization or city government such as Community Action Agency or your City Council members expressing your willingness to volunteer and assist with Census efforts in your area.
